Although a budget hotel, I found the amenities very good for the price.Although the room I booked was classed as a Deluxe, some paintwork wasshabby and teh shower wasn't the best. Even taking that into account forthe price it was excellant value. Location was very good, and wouldcertainly stay there again when visiting Pattaya. The rich breakfast buffet. The good location.this hotel is near the sea.

Ordinary and A/C buses depart every 30 minutes 6:30-21:00 PM from Bangkok's Eastern Bus Terminal on Sukumvit Road Soi 63 and from the Northern Bus Terminal. Buses take 2 hours to reach Pattaya city, then hire a minibus to Sawasdee Sea View.
