The location is out of word perfect! My room is at the 33 floor, which means I can appreciate the view of whole city and beach no matter day or night. And all the staffs are very friendly and willing to go extra miles for any requests from customers. I am thinking my next visit already. :). Apart from good location and excellent facilities, the staff from the bellboy to reception to maids and executive lounge are superb. They are friendly, professional, very helpful, efficient, and speak English very well. The best staff are ever met in a hotel around the world.

Location of the hotel is perfect with immediate access to the beach and shopping. So wonderful, with nice swimming pool and anc enjoy the excellent sea view. Everyone is so nice, helpful, kind hearted. Really hope to come again. Good view from room , great view at horizon restaurant , one touch service call staff always asks what additional item u need , well trained. I loved the pool, the mall, and its excellent location. Nothing I can think off. Extra charge for WiFi in the rooms. Signal strength not very good. Nothing!!. Front desk staff is not upto the mark. Bed smell at main entrance. Wifi Very bad also breakfast very small Aroma emanating from the kitchen of the hotel until very unpleasant reception. The breakfast and the lobby. the duty manager of the receptionist was very unprofessional .
