Centrally located. Beach is just across the road. Lots of nice restaurant along the same road of the hotel. Very friendly staff. Most importantly, rooms are clean. Nice and comfortable. Quick check-in & check-out. Nice swimming pool & jacuzzi. They served us cold orange juice upon check-in. Cleaned our room daily. Good value for money, very friendly staff, easy-going environment. Good location in the middle of happening, however, very calm hotel.

Is a great value for money hotel, not far from the hot spot, and would happily stay there again for the same price!. Room nice and modern, wifi was good! Staff very helpful. You can hear pple walking up and down the stairs early in the morning or late at night. The air-con takes about 10 mins to feel cold. Swimming pool is not a pool for swimming. Need to wait for quite sometime for the shower water to be hot but still ok. Flies could be seem in the room although the balcony door was close most of the time. Wilest staying in the wet season we enjoyed a few typical leaks throughout the hotel and a few power outages purely related to the hotel. Located in a side street off the beach and everyday you walk past the same massage shops and tailors who consistantly harrass you. No window in room which we weren't told in advance. Pool really small (pictures misleading). Transportation more likely can't get through the hotel alley because they are a lot of people selling stuff. you have to bring your luggage on your own from the main road. Is not easy to found the hotel. The food. According to Room 205; a standard room is too small and bath room didn't have a door. The air conditioner didn't work properly and the door to the room didn't lock securely. Very noisy!!. The reason I came back and stayed at your hotel was due to my previous trip in 2011. However, the hotel has since looks run down and not well maintains compared to my 2011 visit. Perhaps there's a need to consider to refurbishing your room, make it more presentable, vibrant, exciting, look more clean and bright. - Condition air is not good. It take much time to cool. The false advertisement as the images represent NOTHING of the reality.
