We first booked the regular rooms but when we saw the rooms we upgraded to the bungalows right away, though they are smaller than the rooms in the building but the quality is much higher. We liked it so muchthat we booked it for 3 additional nights. The bungalows are just by the pool, seconds from the beach, always clean, coffee and tea in the room, very good breakfast, nice staff, great location if you're looking for a more quite place.
all reviews » Great location, in the middle of the main street. 1 hour from airport. The hotel beach is beautiful !!! The breakfast room location is great with a lovely view of the sea !! The hotel is very close to every main activity, and you can have fast travel to any place. All the good restaurant are around the hotel. Also all ticket office are around. The staff are Ok, and nice. If I had to chose this hotel again, I will do that. 1.The hotel is located at the south end of Chaweng beach, convenient for shopping and eating; 2. The beach is very good, with pristine sand and invincible sea view, the children can play at the beach all day long, I run along the side of beach every morning, feeling as if I were in the paradise, it's terrific! 3. The breakfast buffet is by the side of the beach, with the wonderful sea view, what a feeling. I liked everything!!!! The location on the beach water great for swimming!! Clean comfortable. It's in the center of chaweng but not where all the noise something like 10-15 min walking. And there are taxi too. Staff great!!! Wifi cost money 90 bat for half hour. Beautiful place!! Defenetly will back !!. The location was perfect! Right on the beach and in the center of Chaweng, but not too noisy. Rooms were comfortable and very clean, food was good and there was free Wi-Fi in public areas. You have to pay for internet in your room, but after seeing the pool and beach you won't want to be indoors!. As always very friendly staff, from front office to chauffeurs and also the security man. The sandy beach of the hotel is amazing , the restaurant view the beach and water which make it very relaxing all the day . The rooms In the hotel are quite a disappointment, though they are large and clean but not asgood as the pictures, the bungalows are a different story, very good. The room are very near to city electric wires, almost 2 meter from the room. Very ugly site, but if you don't open the window, its Ok. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but older couples might enjoy one of the quieter/less happening beaches. Nothing, all good this second stay. I felt the breakfast was rather basic and lacked variety. The rooms are dated and need a refurbishing. One of the reception stuff was rude when I asked for early breakfast for my departure and she did not want to explain well for me . Although it did not bother us it was a 20 mins walk to the busy part of Cheweng beach although there were beach restaurants just a few minutes away. There are plenty of taxis but they are not cheap. Free wifi is everywhere but the rooms which is slightly frustrating The sun loungers are old and plastic which don't sit we'll with the lovely pool area. A decent walk to the nightlife in chewang. Restaurant service was very poor, took too long and food was cold - so bad we did not go back again. The territory in the hotel small and not so green. no wifi free. Some of the rooms need some sprucing up. no wifi free. Breakfast menu was the same every day - a little variety couldn't hurt. The room not seaside look at the street and it is not beaultiful. N/A. Bed was really hard but we found they were all like that in Thailand. The hotel was nice, however our room was on the ground floor and our balcony looked out straight onto another building, which also meant we didn't get much natural light in our room. However everything worked and was clean so couldn't complain too much really. Noisy, overcrowded beach. Very small rooms. The bed was very hard, and the laundry service was a bit expensive. This hotel is great for couples and families but not for a solo traveller. It is just a little too far from action. And if u take the standard room u will b on the street side with traffic noise. I had to move!. Stayed in "superior room" upstairs, too many stairs, no elevator. Noisy housekeeping staff outside room. View from room not nice. To far from "center" for our part,. deck chairs on the beach, simple breakfast. I was totally appalled by the lack of respect i got from the reception at this hotel , there were some problems with the booking arrangements , and the way i was talk too was out of order. When i got to my room it was not made up and just left rubbish on the floor, sheet not changed . This is not the kind of service i expect. Very poor indeed. No Hangers in the room. Hade to pay for internet in room several hotel close by were free internet I WOULD NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. Fitness area is a bit of a joke, their running tape wasn't working and they refused to fix it as said to me that it worked if you ran slowly! Staff did not speak English and some of them were rude. Too crowdy. I took garden view delux villa looking for some privacy and left the hotel in two days - balconies of 5 nighboring villas are located in less than 5 meters around you and when you come out to the balkony you see at least 3 more people looking at you from a distance of 5-6 meters - not too easy even think about any privacy ( it's good for Pattaya and for much less money but not for Samui for 5.000 bath per night.
