It's very conveniently located for the Sunnegga/Rothorn funicular and Gornergrat train. The staff were very kind and helpful to my elderly parents. Excellent buffet breakfast - really very good for this category of hotel. The pine bar area and restaurant are simply and attractively styled. The food was good value by Swiss standards. -

All the staff were very friendly and they spoke English (enough to understand essential things). Some of them also spoke a bit of Italian.

Very open and welcoming management and staff, impeccable modern large room, opportunity to be picked up at the station; no surcharge to the room price eg. kurtax (Did not use sports facilities).
