The staff was wonderful and the location can't be beat. If you planning to Ski, the lift is right next door to the Backpacker Le Petit Baroudeur. I absolutely recommend this place and will gladly stay again if I am in the area!!!!

The welcoming was absolutely grateful!
They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed).
The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style.
Staff were so professional and showed support all time.
