Location, convenience, room size, good value for money -
Good stop-over on the way to or from Italy because of its location. Ample, free parking. Excellent restaurant with outside dining. Room and bathroom ok.

It's very conveniently located for the Sunnegga/Rothorn funicular and Gornergrat train. The staff were very kind and helpful to my elderly parents. Excellent buffet breakfast - really very good for this category of hotel. The pine bar area and restaurant are simply and attractively styled. The food was good value by Swiss standards. -

The staff in the Arcare building were very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning and maintenance were punctual and efficient.

1 min walking distance from train station. Spacious room with a couzy sofa and an armchair, huge balcony for a five o'clock tea; nicely designed bathroom with a window. Slippers/bath gown. Swmming pool, sauna, solarium - all very nice.

A very warm welcome by staff!!
All the staff were very friendly and they spoke English (enough to understand essential things). Some of them also spoke a bit of Italian.
The room was very very clean and large enough to stay comfortably, with 2 closets. The bathroom was also very clean. The storage space to keep cosmetics on the wall was really use

The breakfast was of a good quality foods, varieties of ham&cheeses, crispy croissants, fresh fruits and yogurts were delicious.

Ther staff were very helpful, extra bed -no problems immediate, a vegetarian meal - right away no questions. changed faulty kettle immediately. Good food and everything with a smile. Even gave me ice for the cooler -- hard even to find ice in Switzerland.

Very open and welcoming management and staff, impeccable modern large room, opportunity to be picked up at the station; no surcharge to the room price eg. kurtax (Did not use sports facilities). 1. When we asked for suggestions about hiking plan as we arrived, the counter(maybe the hostess) gave us very useful information, to adjust our schedule, and let us have very excellent experience in Zermatt.
2. I really love their restaurant! When I get up, with a very nice breakfast in a cozy and clean place, made me a great start of every day when I stayed there (My room is also clean and cozy J).
