  Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck. The train station is close but nevert - We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed this aspect. We made full use of the kitchen facility since we were a couple with 6 (hungry!)college age kids. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen.   Really well run, super mod, beautifully managed property. Small and charming. Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. - clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

  We brought our 10 month old twins, so travelling is always an ordeal. The staff was wonderful, and the room was traditional Swiss (which I loved!). Even though the hotel policies stated that there was a maximum of one babycot per room, there were two lovely wooden cribs set up for us when we arrived.   Second time we stayed in the hotel and will come again. First time just as a couple and now with friends, we all enjoyed our weekend in the hotel. Enjoyed the English TV channels, WiFi worked perfectly. - Everything was good, but especially the friendliness of the staff who were available at all times during the stay.
