One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive. Especial details such as candies in the lobby, apples and even the fact that they changed the rugs in the elevator with the day of the week printed. Service was excellent. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were all very pleasant. We felt like we had the run of the house. I visited with friends for a girl's get away, but will definitely return with my husband and daughters!

Stayed there 2nights and one day going south. We had a marvellous view
from our room over the lake. It was a spacious family room with a
balcony and a nice terrace. Great breakfast (included fresh fruit,
yoghurt, muesli, different kinds of bread, etc. ) Small kids playground,
and a tiny place down at the lake where you can swim. During the day we
went to Ascona on the lake side where we rented a pedalo (waterfiets)
with slide for an hour. Kids (6 and 8) thought they were in paradise!

We only stayed over for a night during over travels and found the hotel quite comfortable. The room was small with a tiny bathroom, but efficient for one night. The restaurant is brilliant – their home-made pasta delicious!
The hotel was conveniently situated next to the station.
