We only stayed over for a night during over travels and found the hotel quite comfortable. The room was small with a tiny bathroom, but efficient for one night. The restaurant is brilliant – their home-made pasta delicious! The hotel was conveniently situated next to the station. Very friendly en helpful staff!. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent position. Room and bathroom very well arranged and perfectly clean. Breakfast very good for quality and variety. Car parking was offered free of charge. Surely positive value for money.
all reviews » we were traveling on train and loved hotels right across from the station (less distance to push our luggage!) great small town for castles & scenery- we had a poor experience with most service people. Very convenient across from the train station. Spotless, comfortable room of a good size for Europe. Large bathroom. Staff was very helpful when we had trouble using the lobby's computer. A very convenient location just in front of the station (where also the Postbuses stop, if you come from eg. Chur). They have a pizzeria/restaurant attached to it. The UNESCO World Heritage castles are beautiful and worth the trip. Unfortunately, the interiors have been sanitized and made into museums with little content. The hotel was very close to the station and the desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern. The room was small but very clean and nice. The location is perfect for people travelling by train. The location was great to see the sites of the old city, breakfast very good, staff were friendly. Great location in a charming town. If you are dependent on Internet connection I can tell it was a little unstable, but for normal use it was OK. Breakfast was very basic. Parking is a little hard to find, room was a bit small, but O.K. for the type of hotel and region. Did not have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I would suggest that that the toiletries included a bit bit more than just a shower gel. A bottle of water in the room where there is no minibar is also a must. Air con not working properly at the time, was assured this was a short term issue. Hence room was very hot. Quite expensive (mainly due to the strength of the Swiss franc) for a 3 star hotel. Bla bla. breakfast can be improved. nothing complimentary in the triple room like water, sweets, tea of coffee. even if you decide to come to reception for coffee, you have to pay for it. if you ask for water you have to pay as much as 8euro for A bottle.this is not friendly. The room eas stark with minimal amenities and no air conditioning.
