the apartment is just perfect, you'll find everything you need. it's absolutely clean & cosy, close to lugano, in summer you could even walk to the city center. also nice if traveling with kids, our 2 little ones loved the place. a special thanks to kristina for the birthday surprise for my son! ;) -

Everything! We were treated as family from start to finish. The rooms were spacious and bright with unbelievable views of the city, lake and mountains. The view from the lake view rooms is so breathtakingly beautiful it is worth the extra amount for those rooms. Oh I just loved this hotel! It really felt like "home." The owners are the loveliest people! The room was nice and clean and quiet, the location is amazing -- right in the old town, just up from the Piazza Grande. Breakfast very nice. WiFi good (better if you bring a cable to plug in). Nice little room with coffee/tea and TV and a beautiful little courtyard area. :) Would definitely come back to this hotel!!

Jim was so great! He's such a nice person! He gave us some nice tips to hike in the Valle Maggia. Also he borrowed us some bikes to go to Ascona. The pool and the garden are so great! The rooms are very comfortable and the loft is an experience! He also served a nice breakfast.
