  From the moment we arrived in the quaint town of Hikkaduwa we were met with 5* hospitality! A member of the Villa Tara staff had been waiting for us from the main street all day to guide us up the gorgeous windy village track, across the local railway line, to the most beautiful hidden villa on this little off street path. Entering the villa's gro... what people say » unds was a little breath-taking as the pool greets you and the classically designed grounds surround the villa grounds. We were escorted around the Vi - The staff was very friendly. The manager was a very nice guy that took time to explain many places to go during my stay in Sri Lanka and gave me the map that he had hanging on the wall in his quarters . The night air was cool and very quiet. You can just barely hear the sea. If you lay at night you will see fruit bats flying above head, and the tranquil sound of nature buzzing.

  you can sleep with open door. bugsfree bed. all clean. new and clean bathroom. so all hotels should be. very surprised - Wifi in the room, big bathroom and hot water shower. Breakfast was great
