everything, it was fantastic!! Great location, price, and i was very happy with the room, decor and clenliness. staff were very happy and polite and will definatley book this hotel again when i return to madrid also recommend to friends and business colegues. Great room of a good size to fit 2 adults and 2 kids (11 yrs and 4 yrs) - hotel staff and bar/restaurant staff very helpful and friendly - great location, and good value for money. A number of the rooms are inside the hotel with small windows backing onto a shaft between the buildings. My original room was not available as it was still being cleaned at 3pm when I checked in. I was then given a room on the smoking floor. The staff were extremely helpful and I eventually had a non smoking room with a view.The lobby could use some more warmth and appeal. A little bit noisy room.Most hotel staff were unfriendly, restaurant was very expensive, wc in one bedroom was faulty, cold showers every day, and most of all the bed was as hard as a rock - thank god for the pillows. Expensive restaurant.There were too much noises in the mornings. bad insulation. Travelling information

From Airport to Hotel.

There are three ways:

1. N-II Railway. You have to take Madrid City Center direction. You arrive to Av. de América, you reach Manuel Becerra Square and then you take Alcalá Street. Then you arrive to a crossroad where El Corte Inglés is placed. You take Goya Street, and the Hotel is situated in number 79.

2. You can take the Metro in the Airport Metro Station. You have to change in Mar de Cristal and take Line 4 until Goya Station. Hotel is placed next to the Goya Metro Station.

3. You can take the Airport Bus which leaves you in Colon Square, you take Goya Street from there and Hotel is placed in number 79, ten minutes walking. This is not recommended if your luggage is too heavy.
