The location was fantastic and the rooms were quite nice. I enjoyed the decor in the bedroom, it's obviously been renovated recently and it shows. The hotel kept its original features but upgraded some amenities. Central location. Metro to airport 30 mins. Shops, night life & sightseeing easily accessible from this value hotel. Wi-fi in common room. A budget hotel. Very clean. Would definately recommend.
all reviews » Located 10 m from the Gran Via Metro station, in the shopping area of Madrid, very convenient for a shot trip with easy acces to transportation. Recommended as a very good budget option. - in the heart of the center - balcony - english spoken at reception desk - normal and good bed -easy access next to metro Gran Via. The location is very good.Right in the centre of town but not noisy. Or room was on the 7th. floor and it was quiet. Very friendly staff, hotel in a good location, rooms were adequate and clean. Excellent value for money. Very friendly, helpful staff. the location friendly people clean room with good bed. Location, price, service, comfort. Cheep The centre of the city. Location and price. The room was cleaned and fresh towels were provided every day. staff was available at front desk 24 hours a day and provided assistance in navigating around the city. Airport shuttle provided for a very cheap rate. The bathrooms could use similar attention/renovation. Central location traffic noise can occasionally intrude. - breakfast between 8 and 10 a.m., no early or late breakfast; - no self service, breakfast is served by ladies who don't speak any word of foreign language and get annoyed when you don't understand their spanish. Learn English ! and stay friendly ! - next to coffee or tea or juice only 2 slices of bread + 1 jam/butter and a few sweet cookies. No cheese, no ham: take your own with you. Our room was on the front and this was on one of the main roads in Madrid so it was very noisy. Breakfast was cheap €3.50 but dry crackers every day was disappointing. It is on a busy street so noisy but I knew this before I went. breakfast, you should go elsewhere. No wifi in the room. Could use an update. But great for price!. Needs to be updated. Wifi was turned off at 11pm to 8am I reserved 5 rooms, 2 of which had issues with cleaning. 1 room was found to have a condom wrapper on the floor, and the other room was found with used condoms on the floor. The staff was very helpful in letting us change those rooms but they could have at least offered a discount for the inconvenience. Noisy if you sleep with the windows open.
