Location, location, location. It was in centre, and all things are very good. central location, good traffic connections, shops nearby, small size of the hotel. location. very friendly people - room cleaned daily. Centrally located. excellent location- only a few minutes walk from Anton Martin metro station and in the vicinity of many cafes and shops.The price and the situation, eg close to staton. Despite the correct address it was not straightforward to find the hotel in the building (no signs) for the first time.noisy pipes. Noisy street and window not possible to close completely; not a perfect combination...the room we staied in abled us to hear everything from neighboor rooms. The staff,speaks only Spanish!!!!. the noise- Atocha is a main road and all night long there was traffic, honking of horns and loud drunks lingering around and shouting. Just too noisy. Bathroom toilet dripped all the time. Very limited floor space. Towels had an overpowering smell of chlorine. Caused an itch. No individual pillow.
