modern, clean, friendly helpful staff. nice local bars and retaraunts in the area towards the metro. the room and facilities were 5*. Amazing value for money, hotel is very nice, and rooms are modern and very clean. Flat screen TV, mini bar, and cable (although only two english channels). Free WiFi is a plus. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit out the way, but the metro can be used to go anywhere in Madrid, the metro is about 15-20 min walk.
