Good bedrooms in a quite peaceful area of Madrid. They firstly gave us a smoking room but I had no problem at all to change it to a non-smoking room. Considering that the city center is very noisy, this hotel is in a very nice area, only 10 minutes walking from the tube station (Suanzes). Very polite staff and good atmosphere. Very good business hotel for fair price. Excellent is the free excess to internet.

And exactly as their ads say: ten minutes walk to Metro and about 20 EURO taking a taxi from the airport. . The cafeteria service was a bit slower than is usual during this visit.The waitresses do a lot of noise cleaning the near rooms in the morning. No breakfast used, way too expensive! you can even have a proper diner for this money in Madrid. (Personnel didn't knew taxi rules, if you ask them about special fee in the night by taxi. So argument in taxi occured). more suited for the business treveller, location does not provide for a "feel" of madrid. Some staff a little abrupt, breakfast not included and expensive. restaurant/bar staff below expectations (speed of service, knowledge of languages, ...). no room service. I booked a non-smoking room and i was given a smoking, smelly room.changing of the bed cover was not regular.
