We loved our time at Gran via 44, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the suite itself was top class, clean and beautiful, heaps of room for the whole family, they helped us with parking also which was excellent. We ordered breakfast which was beautiful also. 10/10 from us... and the beds were the best - we have stayed in over 10 hotels so far this trip and these beds were the most comfortable!!!! great lift also!.
all reviews » Our unit was a 2 bedroom apartment that was Clean, Modern and Large! Nice toiletries, fancy toilet, and good shower. Great full kitchen with microwave and basic dishes,etc. Comfortable beds and best pillows. Heated towel bar! Good location and easy cab ride to Alhambra or walk to restaurants and shopping. Safe area on busy street. We were able to store our luggage until our train to Seville. 2 bedroom good for families. This was the perfect accommodation for visiting Granada. Great location, excellent facilities, lovely helpful staff. We like to do our own thing, food-wise, so having the kitchen/diner was great. After hours walking around the Alhambra, it was great to rest and have a snack in the room before setting out again to explore beautiful Granada. We had a perfect holiday, and Suites Gran Via played a big part in that. We were three adults and had a 2-bedroom suite. The beds were very comfortable. The receptionist was helpful in booking tickets for the Alhambra and giving directions. She also booked a taxi to the bus station when we were leaving. The kitchen was well equipped and had a kettle. Excellent location to see old town of Granada nice two bedroom suite replaced towels and made bed! Ask for unit in rear, not on main street. While bathroom was nice it was small for a whole family and no room for putting personal items. Staff was polite but not overly helpful. No lobby, just a small cramped desk next to the stairs right as you enter the door, probably because it used to be apartments. Nothing we can think of! Bit of traffic noise at the front, so if you crave a quiet night's sleep, ask for a room at the back. They're smaller but still perfectly formed!. Living room lighting could be a bit better for reading. The sofa is too deep for anyone with short legs or who suffers backache. No parking - make sure you know where to park car ahead of time. Bedroom door was awkwardly situated, unable to fully open and obstructed access to and from the bed. Parking is a hassle in the area. bed in our room appeared on the smaller side. On Booking.com it said that all suites had a balcony. This is not true as our suite, #3 didn't have one. It's somewhat hard to find parking even in the off season when we stayed. no basic tea/coffee supplies in room. Every thing was great, nothing not to like. The only bad thing I would say is the lack of hot water. Nothing. Nothing. Some small problems to find the parking. breakfast was just OK. Flight of stairs to reach the front door; not easy with a pram. Gran Via is quite noisy and there is a bit of a walk to get to the Catedral and Plaza Nueva. The door keys/cards did'nt work very well. We had to get the receptionist to enable the lights in our suite. parking parking parking unloading luggage. The area was not the best . It was located on a busy street which lacked all charm. Most tourist sites required a taxi or a bus to get there . The place had an awful smell,almost like sewage ? Not sure if it came from outside which also smelled quite bad . Not recommended because busy & noisy location with nauseating smells .
