The staff was friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable with ac and a good size fridge. It is conveniently located right of Via Gran street where you can catch a city bus to other places, or catch the alhambra mini bus, or just stroll it ofr other conveniences. But if you walk out form the hotel and head away from the Via Gran Street to the small street on the otherside where you turn right going into it, this will take you through a qaint street of little shops, bars straight into the .

The back street , Calle Elvira will take you in no time through lots of colorful , little shops to Plaza Nueve .The staff is friendly even they don t speak english they try to help via google translate :). The hotel is located in the city centre and has everything a backpacker needs - clean rooms, air-conditioning, bathroom in good condition, Internet. We were even allowed to leave our backpacks for a whole day at the reception free of charge after check-out. The hostel is a great value for money. The location right off of the main street of Via Gran Right by all of the bus stops Budget friendly where we were able to get quiet and privacy as we wanted even in the middle of the day for much needed siestas. Friendly staff with directions, maps, facilities, clueing, etc. It's located on the city centre very close to everything. It's clean. It is an nice budget place with clean rioms for a couple of days for a sity-trip. The location is perfect: just behind there is an old town district, very close to Alhambra and shopping centrum. Its located near the bus stop . so it is easy to get it from the busstation with the bus 3 or 33. It is not a hotel for those who likes luxery but you have minimum what you need: bed, airconditioner, heater, hairdryer, tv and a bathroom. People on reception speak only Spanish. But for me it is not a pro. Good location. Near the bus stop. Walking distance to cathedral and alhambra. From Estacion de autobuses, take bus 3 or 33 and stop at gran via. Forgot what no. i think it's the 2nd gran via stop. Just before the stop at cathedral. Bus fare is 1.20 euro. Travel time maybe 15-20 minutes. Room was small and simple. For the cheap price of 55 euros for 2pax for 2 nights, can't really complain. Our room has a tv, ref, aircon and own bathroom. Location was perfect. You have your own key and can come when you want. Can pay by card and cash. There was AC wich was heatering the room. Hairdrier was im the bath. Very cost efficient and comparatively good quality facilities. The barrel of key lock on my room door felt very loose, but this is not a deal breaker. Because the room was made up every day, and all my gadgets/documents were as I left them . The locks were a little difficult to open We would have liked to known whether there was an elevator to the floor of the place (a challenge to get up with luggage but we made it up!). Our room was on the third floor and there was no elevators. No map on arrival. I would suggest to this Hostel to have their kitchen or microwave oven. But this is just the way for improving the service and I would definitely will stop at this hostel again. mattress not at the top in term of confort. Little toilet paper. There was no onsite parking although this was advertsied. The pillows were rock hard and really uncomfortable. Really noisy with traffic and night life (bring earplugs if you want to sleep!). the water in our room is so cold that when i wash face i dare not touch it! the staff can not speak english. The rooms eere not that big. Im a woman and stayed in a two-persons room. The bed was just good enough only for one person. So I cannt imagine how two people can sleep on so tiny bed. The water was warm only in late evening or early morning. The rest of the day the water was just cold. In the room there was tv. But there were no tv chanels. So it was absolut useless. Hotel staff speak only spanish. A bit hard to communicate, but the map helped a lot. Very very small room. View from window to the wall))) personal doesnt speak english. WiFi didnt work in our room, only in hall. First night no hot water in the shower (double room with private bathroom). Problem apparently fixed the second night. Personale poco gentile Cattivo odore nel corridoio Asciugamani sporchi Camera troppo piccola per 4 letti. The room had no Windows, except one on the toilet (!!!!). The staff was totally unkind. The hotewl was supposed to have private parking. Actually, one person working there told it had not, one told me I had to pay 17 euro/day (wich was the price of the room) to park my motorbike; none was kind nor informed about everything regardsing the city.
