The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The location of Hostal Zacatin is perfect. For the price point the room I stayed in was great because it had a clean bathroom inside the room, a/c unit, tv, and the towels were very clean. The communal showers were also kept very clean. There was free Wi-Fi that actually worked well. Overall, a great place to stay for a quick trip to Grenada. Many thanks to the friendly staff.

Location is great - just off the Bib-Rambla Plaza with lots of people watching, restaurants and bars, shops and sights (cathedral, royal chapel, Monastery) close by. Also easy to walk from here to all other parts of the central city including the Alhambra. Clean and good value. I had a shared bathroom room; you get a sink in your room as well. Small authentic hotel in the very heart of Granada.The owner and its staff were very nice and friendly, it was pleasure talking to them. Very favourable location - close to the Cathedral, and two minutes walking to bus stop. We stayed there for two nights, and we were very pleased with this stayng. For such money - exellent place. A little difficult to find because it is located on an alley but at the same time it is great because it makes property very quiet for resting at night. A suggestion would be to indicate on Booking .Com the property is behind the Catedral in an Alley or indicate a landmark or store for clients to guide themselves if walking down Zacatin Street. The room opened onto the street and was therefore noisy late into the night; maybe heavier curtains would have helped. Internet was unreliable in room. Could have used a second suitcase stand. Room was a little dark as no exterior window (had a window looking onto the corridor - had to keep it closed for privacy!) and light dim (I found this to be common throughout Spain - the strongest light was almost always in the bathroom!). Desk and desk light would have been a bonus. My room was near reception and I could hear the staff talking well into the night - don't think they realised how loud it was. the older staff (night) can't speak English. Was a little noisy in the middle of the night, but this was due to excellent central location. the mattresses were uncomfortable. difficult to find at first, especially with car. You may need to update your time table of airport shuttle bus. The chair in the room was broken. Room v.dark, felt like in the basement, didn't feel pleasant to be in that room. Just slept. No Internet. In the middle of the bazar, no window to be opened, no shelf in the bathroom, very small table, only one chair in the doule room. Very dark room. the room has window, but ca'nt open. It's like basement.
