We were so pleased to have booked two nights at this apartment! If you're arriving by car, be sure to bring a navigational system and allow extra time as it's in the center of the old city. Many streets were closed upon our arrival thanks to a festival but this was no problem for us because Ines guided us all along the way via sms and her colleague Jeronimo was waiting for us at the entrance to the parking house. Our car is long and wide and he walked down 3-flights of underground parking level.
all reviews » The location was perfect for shopping, dining and exploring the city. Our apartment was spacious and well-insulated from the city centre noise. Comfortable bed and furniture, excellent bathroom and balcony. The manager/admin staff member (Inez) was outstandingly helpful. It was a clean, very beautiful and comfortable room, located in the centre of the city, having a balkoni with beautifull view. No noise even though it was near to the market place. Really friendly stuff and value for money! We would surely recommend it to everyone. The attitude of the new owners in making sure we had everything we needed to ensure our stay was fantastic. We tried a 1st-floor apartment on our first night. It was nicely furnished but too close to the noisy city street (Granadans love to stay out late and talk incessantly) and/or inadequately soundproofed. The duplex apartment on the top (4th) floor was a huge improvement and we happily extended our stay for more than twice our original plan. There was nothing not to like. Nothing. It is simply spot on accommodation. If you want to see Granada and its environs then stay in the middle of it. The only minor thing I didn't like were the curtains, because it was hard to pull them aside. Everything was great!. The only thing I didn't like was the street noise at night. Not all the time, but a few nights it was bad. Kitchen was poorly equipped. If you are planning on cooking by yourself, you'd better reconsider. And it's noisy, really noisy in there, because the windows are overlooking a busy street. Don't expect silence until late night. the apt had no internet connection yet (we hadnt been told), no shampoo and soap, was not carefully cleaned, and the drainage stank some times.
