The lifts were in bad condition. not enough bar staff on duty. Toilets in hotel were not good floor wet and needed to be looked at regular as not that many toilets for the amount of people. The fridge didn't work properly and my husband slipped over on the waterthat had leaked out of it during the night and split his eye open!! Whencomplaining to the staff in the morning they shrugged there shouldersand said only that they would send someone to look at the fridge!! Theywere not interested at all by my husbands injury!! The room wastiny!!!!!!!.
