We were allocated a 3 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and very clean. The size of the rooms was fantastic. location, facilities, rooms. On arrival we had a very long wait as we all had to produce passports. We were not told this would be expected at the time of making the booking. Because not all members of the party had passports with them we had to leave 150 euros deposit. The whole booking in proceedure took a very long time because of this. Also we took pizzas to cook and the oven did not work.
