The hotel is perfectly located. The room is confortable. The staff is nice and although we arrived early they had the room ready. The price seemed fair.

Nice hotel ideally situated in the centre of Barcelona next to the metro station Actual. The hotel looks nice with a design touch. Not cheap but given the city and the location it is acceptable. We did not use the breakfast in the hotel as there are plenty of options within 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Hotel has been nicely renovated, not all used materials are ideal. The flooring planks are not well installed and make a lot of noise.

Do not recommend room 10. It is slightly below ground, your window view is obstructed, so no sunlight can get in the room. It is like a dungeon, very small. It is also directly below the kitchen and next to the elevators. Extremely noisy in the morning hours. Luckily, after the first night, the staff let us switch rooms. The second room, on the 5th floor, was a vast improvement. Much larger, big patio.
The hotel was just around the corner from Gaudi's Pedrera house and 50 metres from a Hop on- Hope off blue/red bus route

Great location. Staff were friendly.
False marketing by the hotel which stated that the rooms were sound proof. I was disturbed by noise in corridors, other rooms, and the street. There's a door inside of the room which separates the main room and bathroom/entrance and this helps to block out some noise but not all.

Parking facilities of the otel are too far away. It is not fair to describe a parking that is 400 m away as the hotel's parking, even if the hotel has agreed a great price with them.

Perfect location, overlooking Gaudi's Piedrara and 2 steps away from Diagonal metro station. The staff was also very helpful, ready with information and tips about the city.

We found the breakfast's price quite expensive so we didn't try it. You can find a bakery in 3min walk.
Location is perfect for shopping! All the shop are under your windows. Not far from main touristic street La Rambla. You can rent bikes right by the corner. Room is very comfortable and stylish.

I was very pleased with most aspects of the hotel. The staff were excellent, and helpful. The location was wonderful and the shopping excellent, The rooms were clean and very nice indeed. Breakfast was terrific. Highly recommended.. For the location and convenience the price was good. Barcelona is a wonderful, alive, buzzing city, full of terrific places to visit, lovely sea-sides, and upmarket designer shops just a round the corner from this extremely well-situated hotel. The best Tapas Bar is only 4 blocks away corner Mallorca and Cataluna streets. Called Servisa Cataluna. Best food - amazing!
There was nothing I did not like.
The location was fabulous for shopping and sight seeing. The room was comfortable with a huge bed and smart shower/ bathroom.
We found the hotel after specifically searching for one with parking. It was a shock to be charged €32 for each of 2 x 24 hour periods which added considerably to the cost of our stay. ( a few days later we stayed in a large city in France and were charged €5 per night)

Excellent location (close to some attractions, metro station Diagonal practically in front of the Hotel), friendly staff, clean room. We stayed 4 days and were quit satisfied. I would recommend this Hotel to the others. Before my trip, I thought, La Rambla should be more attractive location for staying, but now I would for sure prefer Passeig de Gracia. So, it seems, I made right decision.
Very kind and personal treatment given by all the staff. A year and a half ago I stayed at this hotel. Then I told them I really liked the room I was given. It was an outward-facing room on the 6th floor. I came back this month and they gave me the same room! It was noted down in their IT system.

Nothing, as I said location could not have been better, very central, courtious staff, modern interior and comfy beds - what more could you ask for?

Extremely good location, with plenty to do on foot and a subway station within two minutes of the hotel.
Staff was extremely polite but had very little knowledge of the city - don't expect a concierge to direct you to a good restaurant or a show.

A bit noisy from the street in the night. The shower door didn't close properly, the water got out, but nothing too drastic. Be warned: if you ask hotel to call you a taxi, you'll get charged 7 euro extra for radio taxi. We didn’t know and were very surprised.
