  I liked the fact that the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was most enjoyable with good staff. The manager Hayley sorted out my room problem. I changed rooms 3 times. If my request was not available at time of booking I would have liked to be told that and I would have booked elsewhere. Instead I arrived and found that I could not have what ... what people say » I wanted hence the change in rooms. I don't normally complain but I did book 2 months in advance & I would have like a call to say that they coul - The mod hotel together with it's location and beautiful sea and mountain views and sunsets, the bar and restaurants with their efficient and friendly staff, safe undercover parking, close proximity to Cape Town's CBD. waterfront and Century City, and the luxurious Junior suite we chose for our three night stay.   We absolutely LOVED everything about the apartment...location, staff inparticular "Solly"at the reception. He was very helpful in assisting us with whatever help we wanted. Sunstays lagoon is surely a place id recommend to everyone visiting Cape Town. The facilities were excelllent although we did not explore all of them, but it is definitely worth visiting again
