If my request was not available at time of booking I would have liked to be told that and I would have booked elsewhere.   We got a very good rate. The hotel is modern, luxurious enough and in a great location, 15 drive to Cape Town City, but with plenty to do right on the doorstep. We traveled with our 4 year old, and they made a comfy bed for her on the floor, but as the Executive suite was designed with a divide between the lounge/kitchen and the bed, we still had ... what people say » our privacy, which worked out very well. The beds were super comfy and when we asked for flatter pillows they were replaced immediately. More Rooibos - It was my husband's 30th birthday and the hotel went out of their way to make it extra special for him. Special mention to Daphne and Mandla whom really went out of their way to make our stay extra special. I loved the room beyond everything and felt really cosy. I will definitely be back to stay at the hotel:). Thank you to your hotel and amazing staff.

Our rooms were booked through a "Special Deal" which made it a bit more affordable for our budget. Our hosts arranged that a requested wheelchair would be available from the time of our arrival from the airport. This made a big difference in our whole family being able to tour the Capetown area.   Sir , When I arrived at the Lagoon beach apartments, on Sat 11th May, they did not have a reservation for me, and could not identify your reference number. Luckily for me they were able to accommodate us at hhe last minute.
