  Hedge House was great beyond our expectations. Jan and her family and staff (who are more like family) are all just wonderful- very helpful, friendly, welcoming. The breakfasts were full, cooked to order, and absolutely lovely and delicious- and different every day. The grounds are green and gorgeous, looking up at Table Mountain in all it's glory... what people say » . The kids loved the trampoline and the family animals- dogs, a cat, and an aviary of sweet birds. The pool looked lovely but unfortunately it was too - My stay at Hedge House was brilliant. I was there for almost a week for a conference and to visit Cape Town. Judy was incredibly friendly and helpful from the beginning of the booking process. She arrange my pick up from the airport and set me up since my arrival in the morning of the first day.   Honestly say this is one of the best if not the best hotel I haver stayed in. Staff amazing, cinema for the kids, lazy leopard bar for great cocktails food and views, best hotel breakfast I have ever had and rooms to die for. Just amazing - Staff very friendly and efficient.
