We were allocated a ground floor room which I was not too happy with, after mentioning it to Nobu at reception she went out of her way to arrange another room and get it ready for us. She was very polite and professional, an asset to the hotel. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful antique furniture throughout. A very clean hotel and friendly staff. Each room was very unique and had a four poster bed which felt very special. A very pleasant stay for the money.
