Heather and Lynn are great hosts and their staff all really nice. Villa Rosa is a beautiful old house in superb location in Seapoint, incl your view of the ocean from your balcony or veranda. It just took us 5min to walk to the bus stop and Hop on off. There are some really nice restaurants on Main street, too. Area is safe and easy goong and within easy reach of Waterfront and City Center. We had the studio with kitchen and really enjoyed the extra space and the kitchen. Breakfasts are delicio.

I'm definetly going to stay at Villa Rosa on my next trip to Capte Town. My kids loved staying at Villa Rosa, they are super crazy about their stay. Thank you very much to all Villa Rosa Staff. I spent a week at the Villa Rosa on a family visit. I had a spacious double room for myself, and clean and well appointed double-basined bathroom and lashings of hot water. Duvets on beds, nice staff and good breakfasts. I will certainly stay there again. We enjoyed the homeliness of Villa Rosa, which has a lot of character. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming, and the room was very comfortable. Also conveniently situated, in a pleasant area. Very centrally situated, about 10 mins drive from major city attractions. Cleanliness friendly staff. Everything!. the decor. Staff very friendly. Secure and safe environment. Walking distance from quite a few restaurants and the beach. Friendly helpful owner. Clean room and bathroom. The location is a bit noisy due to its location on one of the main streets. There is not much traffic, but the few speeding cars at nighttime might disturb you if you are a light sleeper. I am, but came prepared and slept with my earplugs in. So be aware of this and bring your earplugs if traffic noise is a problem for you at night. Otherwise everything was perfect and we would certainly stay again!. Liquid soap dispensers in the bathroom. Nothing really. No secure off-street parking was available. traffic noise. That I had to leave!. Towels not changed on a daily basis. Only hand wash soap in the bathroom. Repetitive breakfast every morning - no change. Kitchen and staff/child eating. Not a good impression at all. Breakfast only served from 8.00a.m. Asked for a slice of toast and was given stale bread. Certainly will not stay at Villa Rosa again.
