Great location in the centre of the business district. Very spacious and well equipped room. Pool, lounge area and airconditioned 'Living Room' on the 19th floor. MRT very near the hotel with sheltered walkway so no need to get wet in the heavy rain. Staff very professional and friendly. Rooms are clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Good location (close to metro) for business, shopping and sightseeing. Will book again.
all reviews » Bathroom was very nice and large. It was near Raffles Place central business district, which made walking to the office very easy. Luxurious accommodation in the business district, very convenient with Metro accross the road. Very generous 3pm late checkout. We will come again for staycation,very quite and peaceful place during our weekend get away. Everything was amazing, the view, the staff the room and loved the roof top, amazing place. Good value for money. Spacious room and bath room. Well equipped kitchen. good location, worth of money, big room size, incredible room facilities. I like the room..very clean and comfort. The staff also very friendly. Big and spacious rooms! Huge bathrooms!. More space with facility. Bathroom amenities are great. Bathroom looks new & nice designer wall. Kitchen facilities convenient. Nespresso Machine are great too. Coffee and tea at Living Room (pool floor) are great!. Restaurant facility closed at weekend but there are plenty of other eating places nearby. Look forward to seeing the rooftop garden and jacuzzi when they open in March. Breakfast expensive and very disappointing (very limited choice). Room service meals below standard. However there are good alternatives nearby. I didn't like the fact that the bed was in the centre of the room, but this is a personal design preference. The restaurant is closed by 10.30pm and there is no late night room service or snacks. I arrived at 10.30pm and found myself having to walk outside and find food when I would have rather get a quick dinner at the premises and go straight to bed. Nothing!. Maybe because it was Chinese New Year, there was not much for breakfast. The breakfast menu is same everyday. The beds a little to hard. i was shocked to see the breakfast provided. there isnt choice to choose. even the basic egg was salty. it doesnt fit the image of luxury hotel. We checked in early at 10.am, request for extra coffee capsule for the day but only given 2 more. Flooring are dirty and old. Swimming pool hardly can swim and dangerous for the toddler. Room no view, another building just 7 feet away.
