It was also a relatively good value during the F1 Grand Prix time, everything really jumped in price. The location of the hotel was in walking distance of many attractions.
Room was fresh and clean, bed comfortable, airconditioner quiet, shower hot and direct, lovely view and no street noise.
Pool has the wow factor.
Breakfast spoilt for choice, relaxed and plentiful.
On our return we have talked to our family and friends about the young luggage assistant who went well beyond good service to assist us with our transfer to the boat. He made the stay for great to memorable.

catch a particularly late flight but got hold of the hotel for almost 2
nights; late check-out at 2 P.M. , luggage stored, complimentary shower
after my city tour (from 4-8 P.M.) then headed to airport by the nearby
mrt. 9 P.M. check-out would have cost me 2 nights. Thank you Parks !

The hotel rooms are simple but very well-designed -
Although the room was small, it was compact and it had everything basic we needed. The bed was great to sleep on....soo comfortably soft with nice comforters. The bathroom size was sufficient and the tiles were nice. Water was sufficient in both toilet and bath...nothing eeky in them. Hotel staff are nice to talk to. We felt secured in this place; it was quiet. It is near the shops and the MRT station.

The staff went out of their way to make us and our young children feel welcome and were interested in helping us if we had any queries.
