The service provided by the staff were excellent, very accomodating and helpful. Coffee machine with fresh coffee beans - BIG plus for us! The location being so close to Orchard Road was a significant positive aspect. Very good pool on the roof for toddlers. Free wifi also a big bonus for maintaining contact and doing some work.

I had booked Parc Sovereign Hotel on 16th Dec 2013 Saturday.
Check in Executive Deluxe room. Air con is cold enough as compare to my previous stay on 31st August 2013 room 805.
But shower room is smaller as compare to my previous room.
For customer who look for larger room, Executive Deluxe room or Deluxe room is better opinion.
For customer who want to have a look out of nice scenery of swimming pool and convenient of fitness room. Low storey 4or 5th storey is suitable for you.

I love that hotel is till new and every thing is still fresh and clean.
I do hope the hotel will continued maintaining the premise.

Iarrived into SG very early in the morning, and check in time wasn't until 2pm, but I still rock up at the hotel at 6.30am. The staff was very friendly and helpful to have me organized. We are currently staying at the Le Grove Apts which we are thoroughly enjoying. Its very convenient to Orchard Rd & they have a complementary bus that runs 7 days.

Location of the hotel is definitely an advantage to its guests. it has a very good and accessible location.
Staff are friendly and accommodating especially Anthony, Wani and the other old guy who looked for our taxi. They speak English fluently.
