size is big, very nice interiors, very close to orchard road... And
whosoever is writing bad about the staff it's all false... The staff
is so helpful be it the reception guys or the bell boys just so helpful
and if you are looking for Indian food nearby u have to walk for at
least 15 mins and the restaurant name is the curry culture near orchard
point.. Amazing food there.... I would definitely stay here again

The staff we really good, everytime we call for anything they would cone immediatly. The helped us with finding taxi, movie ticketing and many more. Great place for family with kids. The service provided by the staff were excellent, very accomodating and helpful. Coffee machine with fresh coffee beans - BIG plus for us! The location being so close to Orchard Road was a significant positive aspect. Very good pool on the roof for toddlers. Free wifi also a big bonus for maintaining contact and doing some work.

Location of the hotel is definitely an advantage to its guests. it has a very good and accessible location.
Staff are friendly and accommodating especially Anthony, Wani and the other old guy who looked for our taxi. They speak English fluently.

Every thing was perfect. From the minute we arrived we were meet by happy smiling people. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The young ladies at Reception were so helpful they were a pleasure to meet and talk with. Well done young ladies. Our room had everything we needed and housekeeping done a great job at keeping it clean and tidy. And a big thank you to the porters the first people we saw when we arrived and the last when we sadly left.
