Less than five minutes. The staff is very helpful and smiling. The hotel has an excellent breakfast open buffet, rarely seen before in the saudi kingdom's hotels

We arrived from Dubai by car - and the car was immediately whisked away to the well maintained parking easily accessible from the room.   The hotel has many good points and when compared to the rest of the 5 star hotels in Madinah it stands out. It has a peaceful feeling about it and is located close to the Haram. Finally, all the members of staff were friendly and helpful. - Staff was very helpful, when I reached the room was not ready/available because it was very busy, so the duty manager instead of double bed, he gave me a 4 bed large room in the same price, which was excellent and I really appreciated it, because I had family and young kids so quick check in was brilliant, although the check in starts at 1400 hrs I was checked in at 10:00.

A plumbing problem in one of our rooms was taken care of promptly and efficiently.
