Location. great kitchen. Overall it's a good place to stay if your travelling with a big family where the motive is to visit the holy City and the Mosque and prayers. Yet If Comfort and Luxury is the objective please seek the likes of Intercon, oberois and hiltons... The area is close to Nabawe mosque. Just pass tru gate no 9 and 10. Easy to bring small children because the outside mosque area so clean and family can pray together. The food, shopping and public transport available at all time.

Sorry state of matters. The location is excellent. You just listen to Azan in your room and still have time for wuduu and to reach the mosque in time. Rooms are just OK. Not too bad and not too good. We were however delighted to stay since the core purpose was our prayers and a bit of rest which both were fulfilled. But it was solved at the end. The lifts. They are too slow & overcrowded all the time. Also there were no utensils in the kitchen. Please provide some. Service is not up to the mark. It doesn't have restaurant. No facilities or amenities available. There were no restaurants nearby except for two fast food chains. some times lifts take time. need to rene the rooms specialy the kitchens. Nothing as such. Although it was an apartment with a kitchen so as to allow cooking there was absolutely no dishes or cooking utensils. Must have room service specially needed for elderly people. Require more cleaning and proper house keeping service (Toiletries, dental kit etc). Need improvement in the reception area which will give best image to customers including some sitting arrangements. Quite busy. The reception staffs were not polite. Some of them can not speak english and it was difficult to make them understand. There was some issue with the parking. Although i paid 50 riyals per day for parking however it was difficult to get in to the parking on my 2nd day of stay. The hotel reception tried their best to get my car inside the parking and succeeded after 3-4 hrs arguments with parking personnel. Nothing. Nothing much to claim. Over-crowded lifts. Payment for the parking in hotel. noisy aircons. I am really disapointed because they cut 1000 rsaudi riyal from my visa befoer one night, and they should not do this. The agreement that they will take their mony on the same bocking date but not before. I am really dissapointed of this matter. Sorry state of matters. Washroom maintenance needs to be done. They need more lifts since they face a lot of rush after and before every prayer. The hotel staff is not professional , they will wait for your money after each service they offer ... The rooms are not super clean, they are okay, the hotel furniture are a little bit old .. old carpet, no basis utensil provided, need to bring your own kettle, was a noisy as lot of people travel in group intended to have thier own diwania-. Rush at the elevators during the prayers timing. It was all the times very difficult to use to elevators due to the big number people staying in there. No Break Fast, Food Stalls were Far from Hotel, Paints/Kitchen were looking very old/roughly maintained. everything else. The lifts operating in the hotel need renovation and an increase. No plates, utencils, glases, pens, kettles and others (towels, hungers ...). I have to ask for towels and hungers and was not provided immediately. Hot Water was a problem that too with 10 degrees !!! Bathroom flush gave us a headache. No enough Escalators In family suite only 1 bath is available which is not enough for 4 to 5 persons. Overworked staff. the hotel need renovation. Not enough elevators. failicties is very old and maintenance required specially wash rooms etc. virtually all the kitchen appliances had issues. no microwave. bathroom fittings were broken. poor lighting in the rooms. Not kept very clean. The staffs are unpleasant. # Not enough staff to take your luggage in &out of Hotel. # Not enough staff to facilitate the check-in &check out. # Lifts are not easy to access. I carreid my luggage from Second Floor to Ground for the check out. Nobody was there to take care. There are 6 lifts in the hotel but they are not controlled properly, they operate at the will of staff...... Bad experience with the lift and had to pray in open area because of delay getting down using the lift....
