I particularly liked one very decent person in the management who ensured my stay was so pleasant and peaceful. I had to stay behind the checkout time so I was only charged half the day since the hotel did not have many incoming guests for that day. We booked two rooms and they provided us with a suite comprinsing of two rooms. Room were not so big but nice and clean. Hotel is 3-5 minutes walk from Haram. Reasonable place to stay with lots of eating option nearby.

Charging the full rent on the spot, though they have credit card as a security, this shows that they dont trust thier customer. - You have a little to drive around extra to locate hotel as there are lots of roads which are one-way and maps/GPS do not acknowledge this. - Wifi only works in hotel lobby and not in rooms as mentioned in the advertisement otherwise. buffet is not extraodinnaire. The hotel did not honor the rates of letsbookhotel.com and I have to pay 100sr extra. During booking it was stated that free wifi is available including room but in realty it was limited to lobby only. House keeping staff was not so active. the guys at the reception were absolutely useless, i nearly missed my coach because i was locked out and the room door wouldnt open they scanned my card 3 times but wouldnt bother to come with me to open the door. no park avaibility. although I booked for private parking I could not find a parking slot empty breakfast was poor in varities and bread was old. Handling of the staff is not good -no room wifi -small room for family. standard rooms are very small. It is noisy even in the top floors. Breakfast was not good & I was really disappointed with the selection on the breakfast buffet. House keeping service is very poor, we asking clean the room every day but they did,T. You also know me the size of room 55 Squire meter but it is almost 50% less. Staff and food below average. Wifi only at reception . Tripple room is double with small bed squeezed beside. The room too small for quarple, I booked for 4 person on one room but they give looks like for two person + 2 add matras??.
