Although the hotel is slightly away from the Mosque, they have 4 shuttle buses (24 hrs service), which provide excellent service running pilgrams to and from the mosque, running roughly every 10 to 15 mins.   Not sure why the "most helpful review" mentions shuttle service as there is none - or if there was, I was not informed. However, given it's less than a 5 minute walk to the Haram, it was never necessary and I liked the proximity. Staff were very friendly and accommodating in storing luggage after checkout (as my flight was late at night). My return taxi was booked after Asar prayer while checkout time time was 2pm, receptionist kindly extended my check-out time to 5pm with no extra charge. Breakfast was good. It is only 5 minutes walk from Haram. They have shuttle for haram but I did not know about it till the checkout time. Electronic safe is provided in the room. Good value for money

  I booked this hotel at letsbookhotel.com and checked out pictures of rooms, bathroom, lobby etc. When I arrived it was exactly what I expected and their were no surprises at all. Mr Mano ( Bell Boy ) was very helpful he went and got us 2 sims for our phones and some phone cards for us to charge & gave me his cell # for anything else I needed. ... what people say » I used him to for getting money changed, getting zam zam water containers and some ideas where to eat. Shuttle survice was working 24 hours and was su - Very good location, close to Haram yet only a few blocks away which is good as you avoid the construction noise that is currently going on all around Haram, more or less only around 10-15 minutes walk, excellent free shuttle service which we used occasionaly when we didnt feel like walking (sometimes you feel tired after performing umrah!), there are 3 big buses provided by the hotel on duty 24hrs which is convenient if one does not wish to walk, all staff were friendly & very helpful, neat

  Employees were very professional, we had to wait when we arrived as our booking didn't appear on their system initially. As an apology they upgraded the room for us. The room service and room breakfast were excellent. Great value for money. Buses to Haram are going and coming back continuously, you wouldn't have to wait more that 5 minutes for th... what people say » e next bus. - It was an excellent experience. Their food is great. The facilities are exceptional. There is enough free basement parking. The shuttle service really runs round the clock and drops very close to Haram. I had to change my room type at the 11th hour , and was able to do so without any charges (Though it all happened through letsbookhotel.com representative)

  Everything was good. Breakfast was Excellent. Plenty of itmes for everyone's taste and dishes are never empty from food. In general I will definitely recoment it to others. Just one thing if the hotel can add, that is a private car for pick and drop to Haram. You mat charge the normal fee for that separately. Its clean, confortable, staffs were cooperative. Bus service to and from Jamarat was very good. Hotel buses were not allowed till Haram. Location of the hotel is good too.
