  One of the nearest options to the Haram. High speed wifi almost everywhere in the hotel, including room. Helpful staff. Would like to mention particularly Mr. Al-Bishi (Duty Manager), Faiz and Hassan (Bell boys) for their hospitality. Very good breakfast. The number of lifts available was quite amazing. Although out of place, must mention Jamal (taxi driv - The hotel is awesome, The main reason this hotel runs is because of its location and also the lack of availabity anywhere else. Same goes for all the hotels in this area. Other than that, the hotel is awesome. Very nice and clean. Staff are excellent and always willing to help. One has to remember that in this location the staff are run to the ground as its too busy, so you have to exercise patience. I would definitely stay here and recommend it. In fact I can't wait to return InshaAllah

  I've been staying in Le Meridien Hotels, and this was my second visit in this same hotel. Hotel is very close to Haram and it is clean, comfortable and relax environment. One special note I would like to make is that, I forgot my professional camera in my room and on my way back to Jeddah, one staff (Farmanullah) called me that sir you've forgott... what people say » en your camera and you may pick it up from us. I was so Thankful to him and specially the management you have developed such honesty in their staff wo - The cleanliness, the comfort, and the general service were very good.
