Awesome and the best option one can dream of!! One of the most nearest hotels to Haram (Bab Abdul Aziz). Hassle free. Kaaba/Haram view from hotel room was the most attractive and pleasing experience. Cordial staff. High standard cleaning. Superb breakfast. Easy access to Food court and other necessities especially if you are with family then perfect place to stay in. I will definitely recommend and if ALLAH willing, I am in Makkah again, my only choice would be AL-Marwa Rayhaan.......
all reviews » 1- Very close to haram. 2- Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. 3- Breakfast is very good. 4- Hotel staff is very helpful. 5- Premium room that I stayed in had a kitchenette. 6- Elevators are very good and efficiently programmed. Good size. 7- The clock tower complex had all the facilities - masjid for gents (Level P09) and ladies (Level P10), Food court (Levels P03 & P04), Shopping (Levels P0, P01 & P02). 8- The check in and check out was very efficient and quick. Its very close to Haram some of room you can see Kaaba and Haram and if you need a shopping and need to eat no need to go out side you can find every thing inside the hotel Malls and I can tell you a secret you can bargain too and Food Court where you can find verity of food but don't book in so advance last minuet I got the price very cheap because room are vacant but minuet booking only good from Rabi Awwal to Jamadis Sani Thanks - Nadeem Ahmed. No words to describe. This was our 2nd time we stayed in this hotel and it is beyond any words to compliment. It was the best experience again for all of us and I do not think we can get any better service then this. I have told every member of my family and friends about this hotel and we will always stay here. We come every year and this is the place we always be at. Prompt service all the time and every time at every level... Very happy. Staff response to concerns about room and view were excellent and taken care of very quickly. All staff in restaurant, management, etc. were eager to please and we were extremely happy with that. Hotel is as close to al-Haram as you can get and makes Umrah or Hajj much more enjoyable. Meals within hotel are excellent. English spoken well within the hotel and communication not a problem. Location is excellent. You do have to take two elevators to go to haram but doesn't add too much time. Staff is very friendly and courteous and speaks good English. Room is dived in two sections. First has kitchenette and three person dining table. Space for luggage etc. Second section had beds closet spaces. With kids it's great cab you can get some privacy and downtime from kids. Very good for people with older parents who have troubled walking much. little bit expensive. from elevator you can see haram, from room also you can see haram. its beautiful. very clean. excellent staff. very impressed with breakfast. i will surely visit again. if you are planning to visit Makkah after a long time, this is best preffered with price and comfort. Location can't be better then this, a blessing for Umrah and Haj pligrims. Nice breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Check in time was 4pm but they gave me room at 10am. Rooms are very comfortable and everything is quite new as hotel was established in 2012. Smaller hotel compare to other hotels in Abraj Complex, hence better and personalised service. Super location...clean luxurious facilities. They gave me a free upgrade from city view to part haram view! Expansive breakfast buffet. Prayer halls synced to the haram for both men (P9) and women (P10) - don't let it make you lazy though!. Everything was excellent , specially the saudi staff at the reception. Not to mention Ibrahim who even let me use there terminal for a personal work of mine.Excellent despite having so many customers at the same time .Keep it up. Initial room we were given was unsatisfactory (furniture in battered condition, not very clean and view was not what we paid for) but management dealt with this very quickly and we were upgraded free of charge. Breakfast hall is in another building but not far. Don't have a chef that prepares eggs as requested. This is a common feature at zamzam move n pick etc. No free WiFi. WiFi only available in lobby areas. in my 4 days of experience, i found nothing dislikable. No free wifi which is ridiculous for a 5 star hotel. You need to take 2 separate elevators - one to the lobby (P11) and one to your room floor. Walking to the haram and back in the midst of all the deluge of shops hurts your iman meter :) Overall your basically paying for the proximity to the haram else you get similar 5 star hotels a little further away for much less. Paid Wifi. I think in this day of age Wifi should be free .internet connection not free of charge in 5 stars hotel. That I was leaving only after 3 nights stay , I wish I could stay longer. I stayed at this hotel on the 19th floor. each using the lift, we feel a headache and not balanced because the system stops the this elevator was not working properly. My friend stay in suite room with free parking, but why I stay in double rom, neec to pay SR 150 / night for parking. Bathing area very small. Concierge Service need to be enhanced Car Rental Company should exist. I don't mind take the hotel cars but upon checkout there was no car available!!. Nothing. A little short on staff. 1. Hotel Enterance is not good as it is in basement 2. Local Taxi facility is not their 3. Over crowde in basement which always traffice gam. When I first arrived to the hotel there was no one form the hotel staff to take my car to the parkings, so I had to park in charged parkings and went on foot to the hotel. The other thing that the bathroom needed maintenance. same breakfast menu everyday.. eventhough its a luxury type of breakfast. nothing. Check in was not suitable for a five star hotel, they gave us wrong reservation that we had to argue them to change to the our original reservation, customer service guy was totally impolite. Difficulty in entering hotel from haram. pricey. rooms smaller compared, check out time 12pm too early, bathroom a bit cramped. Ventilation of the room was bad. Nothing specific negatively happened that I didn't like to mention. Next visit to Mecca I would have a reservation to the same hotel. the staff at receiption behavior, no WIFI in the rooms, outside windows are not cleaned. it should be renovated more frequently and the little bit more of an effort will improve the cleanliness of the place. They charge for wifi service. This is shameful for a big and expensive hotel. Smaller and cheaper hotels provided it for foc. Parking not available onside. Poor room lighting. Date change denied. Charged extra amount for one day earlier coming & did not refund for one day earlier check out. There should be reconciliation instead penalising. Internet service which is not free was extremely bad, very slow. Hotel has charged me 150 sr for parking!!!!!!. I did not like the room space & cleaning of carpet. Carpet was so dirty.
