Dazing is wery good.frunt desk is really frandly.
Good location; lots of cafes nearby. Private bathrooms are hard to come by in SPB hotels in this price range - but Black&White Home has them.
It was very near to the metro and most of the popular places were 1-3 stations away.

Smoking room near my room, noisy,design of entrance.
Breakfast is not good).
The room was on sunny side of the building and it was too hot for comfort. The hotel should really add some air conditioning. Also, windows lead to a big street, so it is noisy if you open them.
difficult to find the hotel. it's a thin wooden wall so you can hear every step of every body in the hotel.
Staff was quite careless and sometimes even rude. There were several
unpleasant surprises such as leaving duster on the sink after cleaning
and changing furniture without telling us about it which ended up in a
mess of our shoes... Service is desired to be much better. But if you
plan to come home only for sleeping you will be lucky to minimize your
communication with the staff like we did :).
The room is small. There were a lot of mosquitoes there (we counted more than 25 of them). Drains make loud noise every time when you use water in bathroom. Water stands long in shower. No breakfast. Smoking area is inside hotel, so we could smell cigarettes in our room. When we moved the bed, there was accumulation of dust there. Slow wifi.
