The hotel is a 'mini hotel' located in a very center and useful position. Ann, the manager, is very friendly, speaks a very good english and always available to support and help. Tea and coffe is provided at no expense. The room was very clean. Bathroom was new. Very clean in the hotel. One of staff can fluently speak English and she and manager have friendship and kindness. Few minutes by walk from metro and Nevsky Prospect. You can drink tea and coffee and use washing machine free.
