Good location - close to the river, especially convenient to watch Liteyny bridge raise (it is 1 min walk). Please note that rooms overlooking Liteyny prospekt have the best view, but are noisy. Very clean. Cosy bar. Metro is 3 min walk and gets you to the railway station in 1 stop. Perfect hotel for a city trip. I still can´t get how people can complain on this hotel in their reviews here, there is nothing wrong with this hotel, absolutely nothing. Stuff is polite, room is great, breakfast is rich, so do not believe those who critisize it, just take it without any doubt.

They organised our transport tour for outside company and gave us all information a tourist needed x. Nice and very comfortable rooms, but with some lack of light. Also, breakfast price is too high. very thin doors, can hear noise from the corridor. Small rooms, gym was closed, table in the room was overloaded with snacks, drinks, glasses, telephone and lamp. Double room had twin beds not a double. Bed too soft). They have to clean the windows. Shower leaks, no snickers. The dining room is loud. Tables are very close to echa other. The service was terrible!! Well like 'russian service' everywhere!!!! We had to call the reception every evening we were returning back to ask to refresh mini-bar and bring us new shower gel, shampoo etc. The hairdryer was broken!!!! Waiters in the bar on the ground floor were the worst! It's not a very bad hotel, but it doesn't cost the money you have to pay for it. the hotel is a fair, long walk to the city center, the concierge is on a recorded track when you ask questions (I understand they will recommend hotel services rather than the cheaper services, but it sounded like it was that or nothing), and the hotel charges a registration fee I was completely unaware of (and each time we tried to pay there was no change, until the early morning we had to leave the hotel and they had to scramble to find change for us while the cab waited outside). room to small n° 505 bathroom not acceptable at this level , very small with 1 sinck flooding all around after shower because construction/conception issue. price. smokers everywere.No smoking free zone. -The hotel is good for tourists, but not for business -Most annoying: we were advised how to have a nice walk to the city centre. Two options were provided. The options we choose was definitley not worth/ useless. Train your staff. -Breakfast was a big mess and untrained breakfast staff -Minor: in the bathroom bath salt was availalbe, however there was no bath... 1. Meager breakfast quickly get bored. 2. Dirty rooms, dust everywhere 3. Rooms require repairs 4. Very slow service at the reception 5. No service in the Turkish sauna, nobody cleaned before the visitors.
