Great position, 50 meters from Nevsky Prospect and 20 mins away on foot from the center of the city.
The room was spatious, clean, comfortable and quiet.
The staff was very friendly and helpful in providing us with all the information to enjoy at best our stay in the city.

Room was adequate, the Internet connection was fast, the staff was helpful, the location was outstanding (half a block from Nevsky prospect).

Good location right in the center of the city. Nice balcony. Clean. Not far from Moscow railway station (15 min walking).
The room is clean and big.
The wifi connection was a bit slow and there was no elevator in the building, however these are just minor issues.
wireless connection is free but a bit slow.
The staff was not always knowledgeable, the Internet connection was down for three whole days, the breakfast was middling. The absence of an elevator was fine with us, but can be an issue with less robust people.

Not enough facilities such as iron and board (you have to ask for it everytime), no fan, no air-conditioner, no phone to call to reception in room. A bit overpriced as far as it's not a hotel but adopted apartments. 1 hour from the airport.
