  The past reviews are exactly as it is. The apartment we had was roomy, very quiet, well equipped and clean enough. It is in a safe area. Beware that 60% of the aparts in St Petersbourg have no private bathrooms and kitchens, but this one does! We had a major crisis : two days before we were leaving, the apartment had no more water (due to repa... what people say » irs in the building). When we called to complain around 8pm (which was late, but we hoped the water would come back), the staff tried everything to pu - The location is excellent, you step outside right in the middle of Nevsky prospect. Plenty of places to grab a meal, easy access to any part of the city with the subway station right across the street. The staff was excellent, we had correspondence with exact instructions on our arrival. The staff was waiting for us at the apartment. This was fairly small room with one bed and desk.
