First of all, there is very close to the center (you can walk to the center in 15 minutes) and extra-close to the metro (less than 5 minutes). The hostel is very clean, stuffs are new. But there is only 2 showers for more than 20 gustes, so you must be fast :) -

This pension is acctually ex flat. When you enter the building staircase you can be a little bit discouraged. But inside of the appartment it is clean and desent.
I think the personnel does not speak English so be prepared to practice your Russian.
