It's no far from the beach/center (10 min walk), you have good parking place right in front.
We stayed at the 1st floor apartment, which was quite big and comfortable, with air-conditioner in both rooms. -

The location is just awesome, right in front of the Lake Belona and with a great view to the Black Sea.
We liked that we were able to see the sunrise from the balcony.
The suite was very comfortable with a large balcony to the bedroom and another smaller one to the living room.
The villa is only a few minutes walk from the beach.

My family and I live in Florida, USA and we were very pleased to find this oasis of Eco friendly amenities, comfort, cleanliness and modern furniture. The reception lady was very helpful and friendly . We would go back in a minute if time would allow us and we recommend it even to well traveled people.

Host was very helpful and nice. Rooms are well-equipped and clean. There is open cafe right near the hotel with beer/drinks/coffee.
