ALL staff were friendly and very helpful,. along with the Manager that always made us feel welcome, with a concern to our wellbieng and comfort throughout our stay. Our breakfast was very good at all times. Indeed I would have liked to have stopped for longer. - The location and the price is very good. You will walk about 7-10 minutes to the center. The rooms are very comfortable (I have been already 4 times in the hotel and been always in different rooms), the bed is big and the room as well as the bathroom is clean. The hotel is located on a small road. Nevertheless, it's a quite area. And Brasov is very nice also for a city trip with your partner !!

  Great view, clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff. I felt most welcome. I was here in spring but they were under construction. Now the work is done so I was hosted in one of the new rooms. Very cozy indeed. I also like the improvements: elevator, much bigger parking, conference rooms. I enjoyed my staying and I'll come again - it feels like home... what people say » :) - We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Everything was very nice and pleasant. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, the food was good. The staff was careful and helpful. The place has a great view on the city The old city centre is just 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

  This is a very pleasant, historic building right on the main square in the old part of town. Service was cheerful and full of useful information. I had made a mistake with my booking which they sorted out for me efficiently and charmingly; this meant that I tried out two different rooms. The first was a pleasant enough attic room (which means w... what people say » indows in the ceiling) but the second was spectacular with beautiful beams, chandeliers and subtly textured wallpaper and facing onto the square. The - This is a wonderful hotel with nice and clean environment. The bed is so comfortable, all the facilities inside the room are well function and clean. The design of the hotel and room are elegant, made me feel like I was in a centuries' years old house of fairy tales. The breakfast is also wonderful with nice environment.   This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. It was so clean and homey and had everything you could want. There was a skylight in my room and I could see the moon from my bed. All the people that worked there were the best. It was very tastefully decorated, the breakfast was home cooked. I took the No. 23 bus from the train station (it is on... what people say » the main road outside the station) and got off at the 5th stop. From there it was a 4 to 5 minute walk. You have to buy the bus ticket at a booth in - Great home in a great location!! This was a family trip for myself, my husband, my son, my mom and my cousin. The hosts were very kind, they waited for us at the property. They respectively spoke English, Italian and Romanian with us .... depending on our native language - to each, its own!! :-) The property is sparkling clean! Very comfortable.   The room was beautiful with gorgeous wooden beams in the ceiling and dark wood furniture. The bathroom was a good size, there was a mini-bar and air conditioning. It's in the best location, with bars and restaurants on the square outside and the famous black church a few hundred meters away. I loved this hotel and hope - I cannot possibly say enough good things about Casa Wagner. Amazing 16th century building, combining the old charm and the modern comfort. Decorated with refinement and good taste, without ostentation. I was particularly impressed with the lighting of the room and with the bathroom. Great services too! We had to leave early in the morning and somebody came one hour before the normal opening hour especially to serve us the breakfast.

  We got a nice spacious room (rooms 108 & 110 are both good) (don't take room 109--it's very small) with a kitchenette. The staff was friendly and Dino is a character (in a good way)!
