  Very nice place, well organized and clean. The Family who runs the hotel is very nice and can speak several languages and will give you all the information you may need. It is some 25 minutes walk from the city center but it not bad or difficult. The room is big and the kitchen facilities excellent too.   Very big comfy bed and the administrator was very very nice. He waited for us at 4am when we arrived and had coffee ready for us every morning at the time we requested. He also phoned us prior to arriving ensuring we know how to find the place etc.. The place was spotless and had a great view of the black church. Excellent value for money in a great central location for the Black Church and many bars and restaurants. Although very quiet inside the apartment. We stayed in apartment 11 & 12 (due to extending our stay). Both great though 12 slightly larger and better laid out. Owner friendly, helpful and welcoming.
