  Great location! Super helpful staff! Ended up upgrading to the main hotel instead of the pensiunea - Apart Hotel Casa Tepes. The rooms were huge and a great value for the money. Saw the room at the pensiunea and it looked nice too, but we had been traveling a while and really wanted the space in the bigger hotel.   I've used this hotel twice so far, during two years. Both times the service was consistent: It was pleasant and friendly. The hotel is cozy, clean and located within minutes of walking from the busy beautiful touristic downtown, but still in quiet area.
