We had a junior suite which was very roomy, clean and comfortable. Nice large TV too. The non smoking restaurant was ideal and the menu was well selected and tasty well cooked food. The hotel was ideally situated for the centre.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, like Claudio who helped us with our bags or the woman of the Spa who speaks spanish perfectly. Everyone was very flexible and professional, they opened the spa to our convenience. We ordered sandwiches in our room and they were delicious and at a great price. I specially liked the design of the hotel in general, including the spa.

I Can only say positive things however I did not go further than reception. We have booked a double and a single room in Premier and on arrival we were advised that there is no hot water and it will only be fixed the next day. Pension is Ideal for our needs, Dog's Were welcome, near our Show Place, service excellence, we Were allowed to Park Directly in Garden and let Dog's Run and Food in the Restaurant was phantastic!
